GDPR-overholdelse (databeskyttelsesforordningen):
Løsningen er fuldt ud i overensstemmelse med GDPR og anvender avancerede billedbehandlingsalgoritmer til automatisk at sløre følsomme data såsom ansigter og nummerplader, når du importerer mediefiler – hvis denne funktion er sat til. Du kan også vælge at slå den fra. Sløringen styres via regler, som sikrer, at personhenførbare oplysninger aldrig bliver vist uden eksplicit brugeraccept.

Biometrisk login:
Applikationen understøtter biometrisk login via ansigtsgenkendelse eller fingeraftryk på både Android og iPhone. Alle data behandles lokalt på enheden, hvilket giver både sikker og brugervenlig adgang uden overførsel af følsomme oplysninger.

Systemet tilbyder dedikerede native apps til både Android og iPhone. Brugere kan logge ind hurtigt og nemt ved at scanne en QR-kode fra webversionen, hvilket reducerer behovet for manuel indtastning. Appsene er nemme at installere og inkluderer GPS-funktionalitet, som gør det muligt for dig at tagge mediefiler med lokaliseringsdata ved upload.
Import af billeder:
Systemet understøtter masseupload af mediefiler med automatisk metadata-tagging. GPS-data knyttes automatisk til hver fil, hvilket effektiviserer dokumentationen og sikrer korrekt geolokation.
Tilpasning af billedindstillinger:
Brugere kan definere standarder for offentliggørelse af billeder, f.eks. opløsning og adgangsrettigheder. Det er muligt at konfigurere rettigheder til følsomme data, som fx at fjerne eller bevare sløring af ansigter og nummerplader – og dermed opnå større kontrol over mediehåndteringen.
Søgefunktion:

API-integration:
Systemet tilbyder et komplet API-setup til nem integration med tredjepartssystemer, herunder understøttelse af gængse dataformater som JSON. API’erne er skalerbare og udviklet til at kunne håndtere store mængder data på tværs af platforme.
Rettighedsstyring efter rolle:
Applikationen har et avanceret rollebaseret adgangssystem, som giver administratorer mulighed for at tildele brugerrettigheder ud fra roller. Det kan f.eks. være rettigheder til import, visning, eksport af PDF’er, download og meget mere – alt sammen med fokus på sikker og kontrolleret adgang til systemets funktioner.

Applikationen gør det muligt at visualisere identificerede ansigter og nummerplader afhængigt af medietypen. Brugere kan dermed hurtigt filtrere og analysere relevant data og styrke både identifikation og overvågning.
Metadata-berigelse:
Systemet har en asynkron kø til metadata-berigelse, hvor yderligere informationer som tags, klassifikationer og analyser automatisk tilføjes mediefilerne. Det øger både søgbarhed og indsigter.
Eksport af mediefiler som PDF (enkeltvis og samlet):
Brugere kan eksportere mediefiler til PDF, både enkeltvis og i batch. Billeder, metadata og annoteringer struktureres i et dokumentformat, der er velegnet til deling, rapportering og arkivering.
Download af mediefiler som ZIP (enkeltvis og samlet):
Mediefiler kan downloades som ZIP-filer, både enkeltvis og samlet. Det gør det nemt at håndtere og dele større mængder filer effektivt.
Automatisk sletning af originalfiler:
